Any company can execute "a plan".

PNTV has come through with executing their various plans for the past 18 years. Unfortunately, none of those plans were *good* plans. They all lost money.

Apparently, the market doesn't thing much of PNTV's current plan. Just look at how much the PPS has dropped since PNTV announced this plan.
