they can say that's not how we do it and that is how it will stand.

They can say that but they can't do that.

If you purchased 100 shares last week @ $10 for $1,000.00, it is now worth $0.01 to the market via the company!!!!

There is no way that could happen - they would have to reverse the f/s and the price, not just the share count.
