YES IT IS THE COMPANY THAT HAS TO ISSUE THE F/S SPLIT!
Scottrade says the DTC can not issue what the company has not given them......... I swear to God this is no joke! It is GVRP that is saying no way in hell are they going to stand by the F/S split.........they can say that's not how we do it and that is how it will stand. If you purchased 100 shares last week @ $10 for $1,000.00, it is now worth $0.01 to the market via the company!!!!! The company has found a way to f*ck us! It should'nt be suprising, since they just did a 6,500,000 R/S. Watch, another R/S is on the way. I would hate to be an insider, I would apply for some sort of witness relocation program with a new ID......LOL!
