It's that guarantee thing that just makes me sweat. How on earth can they just give our money away to someone whom invested in this BK (pennies on the $) and expect us to stand by and say OK we didn't want our money anyway here they can have it. LOL

Yea right...

Judge will throw that out in a heartbeat.

They will have to throw us a bone, how big is anyones guess but a bone in deed. Otherwise this will end up in court for the next 100 years.

Deals have not even started yet. However I do believe the next POR from the debtor will start that ball rolling.
