I filed individually under the "guarantee". Debtors have challenged my claim as being duplicative of the intenture trustee's. The omnibus hearings have been adjourned by Weil several times for no reason.
I contend my claim is not duplicative, as the indenture trustee failed to state that claim, and I did.
I will argue that if any portion of my claim is considered duplicative that that portion should be removed from the indenture trustees claim amount. Hopefully my claim as filed against debtors as having an "unconditional guarantee" will stand on its own.
