Not to be argumentative but being "incompetent" as a CEO of a company is one thing but would require "sheer stupidity" not to understand basic drill results. As the well is being drilled I'd be surprised if on a daily basis they didn't have an excellent idea of the results. It certainly would not require 2 years to figure out. More like 2 days. I mean they found what they found !

OTOH doing the analysis of each well along with seismic/ NSAI and how to proceed into the next phase is quite another.
