I am not sure it would take incompetence for a CEO who is not a technical person to NOT understand the results. Apparently the technical people are taking years to understand the results. I think Netephe's problem is he has never been bright enough to hire people that do understand. And if he has, he certainly has never thought it important enough to tell us who. I know several geologists who have met with Dan Gralla and none has been impressed. If Gralla was the source of his smiles, perhaps that explains it.
