What is your point you keep going over this 2 million shares at this price is nothing and let's say he did already sell them with the volume we had the shares are already gone it seems like you are the only one who cares. Can you find something better than this Mr. Swank only has 15million shares or so anyways. He has every right to sell some shares since he doesnt have a salary. What's 2million worth now $60,000. I believe he has filed the144 because he believes the share price is gonna go up. If you think he doesn't have to file any form 4 then why would he file form 144. I only see good things.
