IT was me that asked Mr Swank how many shares hit since the first of Jan, he told me 7 million, this was on the day he opened the phone line up to investers. I do not think shares of cgaq will diluted, all the money, or most of it is comming from the new investers that cgaq has met with, it is these guys that will put up 20 to 40 million to go forward, not cgaq, IMO
