You are correct. You never now when diluting is occurring until financials. The volume has been anywhere from a couple hundred thousand to millions around the dates when it occurred before. I also believe there was a lot of panic selling on Friday. I am just hoping that any dilution that is occurring is the bear minimum to get these new projects going. We had around 220 million o/s I believe as of last statement. We are 4 months into year so 1/3 of $1mil is $330,000 if they need a mil this year. With the share price say avg at.02 at 40%. discount would be sold at .012 = 30,000,000est shares. I looked back thru old posts of Roberto but could not find anything. I do remember someone saying they talked to swank and he said 7million. In any case, the sooner the stock price gets higher the less shares that have to be diluted. I have the same opinion as everyone else this pr needs to have some meat. Not only will it boost pps but o/s will also stay lower until they make enough money so the dilution can stop
