You have any proof of that statement I can't seem to find any, besides its no secret that the online casino is doing nothing, one casino has closed, the new slot pa-lour has not opened yet and sousa bay is not making money or very little so from a business stand point I would say they are still diluting to cover overhead and pay legal bills for these new projects they are working on.
