TX I see you are as intellectually challenged here as you are on RB.

It's quite simple. The only place a "naked short" can exist is at the NSCC. The NSCC records show only 400 billion plus shares owned in street name.

So if you assume that EVERY single street name share is a "naked short" the NSCC count is the max.

Now, moron, how likely is that?
