"this is no way for a long to live". I, Sir Felix, Ztect, weeblewobble, avocado ,Al, Magic, etal have beenliving like this for years. Not because we haven't had earnings, new contracts, a new building, etc., IMO Management made a decision based on costs that the PINKS was the place for us.. IMO even mentioning NASDAQ in the discussion is just as stupid as doing nothing.. If we go through all the gyrations that the pros and antis suggest we would still be a 6-?M company with 40? employees.. WE DON'T BELONG ON NASDAQ... We could achieve the desired visibility and respect (re: losing sales B/S) on a lessor exchange, with lower PPS requirements, less stringent rules and a hell of a lot faster. Using your cash projections, money is no longer an obstacle.. Why did Mgt. consciously destroy the obvious MOJO that was building with the GM announcment with this Proxy?? Further with the onus of this R/S hanging over us, 1st Qtr earnings, due out 5/15 are, even if sensational, largely negated to the so what pile.. 1:100 IMO, REALLY DUMB!! #3 #5 REALLY SINISTER!!!
One more thing, I guess you can tell from the tone of my Post that I am more than slightly pissed. While I admire your writing ability and obvious intelligence I am also pissed at the fact that you arrived 3 days ago and are taking such a vocal position in support of Mgt. when your knowledge of this company is minimal at best..JMO
