Another good question. I would prefer to see the reverse split obviously as i think it would provide better long term vaue for shareholders. If the R/S fails, and If I were management I would annouce an audit, buyback of shares (10 million), wait 6 months, then try another reverse split with price support.

The major downside to a defeat of a reverse split will be that we have to wait that much longer to uplist to NASDAQ. The upside to a defeat might be these one day 20% spikes when earnings come out, followed by a slow trickle down to support 40% below the spike. This is no way for a Long to live.

There are some vocal posters who are screaming that NASDAQ is so far off because of the need for an audit and the director issues. Please, give me a break. We could easily add the requisite number of indpendant directors and complete a full SOX audit in a quarter.
