Sell the stock for a loss, take the tax deduction and find some garbage 7 cent stock for you to double up on then, or you can wait 6 months, and youll have your money back plus 25%. The fundamentals of this stock are tremendous.

D and O insurance does not cover the legal fees for the plaintiffs attorney, it covers the legal fees for the defense attorney. Of course its a risk for a plaintiffs firm to take contingency cases, thats why they take 40% of the judgment.
