VTSI per PR isn't a failing company, but that doesn't matter to the argument i put forth. If a company has means, change of venues, discovery, litigation, judgment, appeals, takes years and years of legal fees that no legal firm will front (do on a contingency) those costs without an assurance of getting paid via a pay out form the D & O. Commercial litigation isn't like some of the legal television shows you watch that are over in a hour..

Now, if Virtra is a successful company why would the board try to buy it? Like duh, management currently has less than a 5% control of shares, and all the buybacks you're suggesting to "prop" the price post split give them the pretense and cover to do this.


fyi ,my cost avg is around 12 cents, and i'm wealthy, so being the shill that you are, you repeatedly make a lot of wrong assumptions
