We don't need the Feds to send money to California.
We just need the Feds to enforce their immigration laws.
It cost $20,000 plus per year for each illegal in a prison cell,
$5,000 per year for each illegal in a classroom and, gee, they don't seem to come with medical care, so they flood the hospitals for health care. All these services at California expenses are mandated by the Feds but not paid for by the Feds.
