Right-- taxes ARE too high there,, but the services provided border on excessive. Pay for them with more state & local taxes,, leave the FEDs dool out of it. Whinning about everything from highways to elec,,the rest of the country is tired of subsidising those two states. No-- do not live in either for,, WOULD not live in either,, or a couple others also for different reasons,,
