Did they purchase it from ENTI?

My take is that Julienne started "Art and Sol" and then SMPP acquired it(her business) and their VSP platform came with it. Easy way to move an asset into a shell.

Unless Art and Sol was the private business that ENTI sold it to and then SMPP "acquired" Art and Sol.
