I did not want to put this out on the forum. Ricky Dibiase had formed a partnershtip with Apogee and taken their code which is the basis of MusicMatrix and the VSP. Apogee was the developer and he handled the business I guess. To cut cost, he broke up the partnership and "took" the code. MusisMatrix and VSP are now being developed in India. It all makes perfect sense. Now I understand completely how these two companies are tied together.

I'm pretty positive and I don't know why they are hiding it. I am just trying to find out why smpp is on a global lock. Here are the PRs. They are a day apart. Notice the company in ENTIs PR is annonymous.
