MrLong, Appreciate you doing more research and trying to find or verify the truth. We need to know if we have been duped or if we are in an honest investment. We also need to have some say on the board as to how the management is compensated. As Agent, Karin etc. have indicated that Performance needs to Compensated by Quantity and Quality of the performance, not just given out randomly because they can.
