It seems obvious to me that nobody, especially an attorney, would deliberately engage those he is threatening to sue in this manner, if he fully intended to go through with the suit. There is bravado and then there is just plain belligerence and stupidity. Eade is so far onto the belligerent and stupid side it boggles my mind.

His problem is that he is so used to pulling the wool over the eyes of low IQ dupes, he has assumed that the people he is stalking and threatening will be as easy to manipulate. Bad assessment, kenny. Very bad ... and likely to cost you a bundle of money.
