I have watched for years at the venom spued from these boards because a friend of mine wanted me to invest in penny stocks and I checked out Imperia. But I am a blue chip man. I'll go to Vegas when I feel the need.

If I was walking down the road and I got hit in the head with a piece of frozen poop from an airliner I would say it was MY FAULT for being in the wrong place in the wrong time - not the airline's fault. It's called personal responsibility.

But in any event without giving a poop hoot about Eades or the losses you should be taking responsibility for I can tell you this. The man is a comin. He is comin large. I don’t know who he is but I know the law. The law doesn’t matter here by the way. What matters is what this is going to cost you personally, to say “we are in the right. The jury said we did nothing wrong."

This is not a contingency case. A lawyer is not going to devote his life, night and day, sacrificing his mental health and his family’s well being to defend you on a contingency arrangement while generating a tractor trailer load of court papers and hiring extra support staff at his expense.

You are all going to have to pay your attorney retainers anywhere from $5K- to $20K for the first few filings out of the 2000 filings that are probably going to be generated on pacer. You may be correct or you may be wrong about not breaking the law - but to have a jury verdict tell you in three years - okay ihub posters, you did nothing wrong and can keep posting in the name of free speech - it will still cost you all a million dollars each. There is no getting around that. There is no getting away from it. Not to speak of defending possible criminal charges Eade is probably pursuing. Maybe it is criminal - maybe it is not but the fact is, you need to spend OJ money for a jury or judge to say "okay, you are not guilty".

You may think you could recover moneys or the $1,000,000 in attorney fees if you win in court but you probably won't be able to for tons of reasons - especially while living on the street. Some of you may be renting rooms and have no assets but for those with a home a picket fence let alone a family, you will not be there by the time the dust settles. [I don’t’ believe anyone with a family could waste so much time on a computer doing something that does not generate cash] so I’m inclined to think most of you are renting rooms. I don’t mean to be rude.

Anxiety, sleepless nights, angry spouses on your backs all day for getting them and their children into this mess, uncertainty about your futures. Anyone every been in trouble. Remember the stress?

You can beat this post down and use it for fodder but this is a moment whose time has come from the wild west internet days and it is time that this question gets answered. Common sense says you shouldn't be able to destroy another individual no matter what the reason. Your sophomoric analysis that “if the statements are true” - you are not doing civil compensable harm is misplaced and dangerous to you.

Lots of good people's lives have been affected negatively and fatally after a lifetime of hard work -- not referring to your situation but for instance a restaurant chef who has spent everything he and his family had to open a restaurant only to have his business be impacted negatively by untrue statements about his food and cleanliness of his kitchen by their competition. This happens all the time and on its face it just ain't right. You guys are going to answer this question to your detriment.

The time has come for this question to be answered and you guys are at the forefront. You are at a point where a prosecutor is thinking "should I make this case or not. hummmm" That's too close for comfort for me that is for sure. I'm not participating in anything that can even remotely be considered wobbling between "is this criminal or not." That's a million dollar (literally) if you want to stay out of jail.

People are not hanged for stealing horses. They are hanged so that other people dont' steal horses. That's a line from a book I once read. I love it.

I'll give you credit though. Like the Wikileaks guy I initially wanted taken down - I said this guys doesn't care what government is after him and he keeps going at it. He could be killed by the CIA or KGB. Even after probable false sex charges in Switzerland or where ever he is still at it. Damn do I respect him now. Putting himself in harms way like that for a belief, I find that to be incredible. I couldn’t do it and would fear for my life. He is amazing though I am on the opposite side of the political spectrum than him.

Maybe you guys are the same.
