FireGiant,

I was looking at the link you provided and while I see it shows that the SEC filed a Complaint against SMPP, I don't see a judgement on the case. That may be what is holding this up, pending litigation. Is there a lawyer in the house?

Does anyone know a good safe place to put cash? I'm starting to have a little trouble sleeping.
