Letter to office of the President at TDAmeritrade.

I found the contact number for the CEO if the DTCC Donald F. Donahue. The number is Phone: [phone] and then you say his name and surprisingly it patches you through. It is amazing after 30 phone calls that it only took one to him to get some valuable information. I did leave a message with his secretary and recieved a call back promptly. I was told they do not deal with individual investors normally. However my persistance got me a bonus today. He informed Steve Carey and a few associates to put me on speakerphone and give me the information on SMPP.

The reason for the Lock is referenced back to the following:

He referenced the obvious www.sec.gov and said to look up litigation release 20451 dated 2/7/08

Now if you look where I have specified This case is closed and all fines are paid. Settled. Done. Those pump and dump people are no longer a part of the company. All new people running a legit company. It is a real shame an investor such as my self has to due this reasearch for you.

The DTCC also Said all Brokers were providied this information in an attempt to help them deal with their clients as they are provided with all DTCC Chills or Global locks. (You lied to me)

The DTCC further said They can not stop a Broker from trading a Security it is the Brokers choice. And They confirmed that many have continued trading.

Now The SEC called Me today as well and Also has confirmed They see nothing currently wrong with SMPP on the books and have actually offered to contact the DTCC and investigate Why the Lock was put into place.

Now I am Pretty Sure that Individuals if not the Firms themselves will be implicated in Naked Short selling before this is over. I brought the DTCC to the table to talk. I brought the SEC to the table to talk. I am not rolling over for you to steal my money by holding a security and not allowing me to sell it.

I have a screen shot of it when you locked it at a PPS of .0007 and it is now in the .0002 / .0003 Range When this pans out I will be bringing all my information including the whole DTCC Conversation to a lawyer(with the SEC). Your direct lies I am sure will help my case in court. It is a matter of principle now.

I have not lied to you and do not appreciate you lying to me! You knew the reason and yet withheld it.

Empathise with my frustration....Did you really say that......Here is an idea......How about you buy my BMW online now for say $25 grand and when it comes time for delivery I keep your money and say sorry its locked I reserve the right to not allow this trade.

Until you reach a level where you have enough integrity to be forthcomming and honest with your clients you don't need to empathise you need to go back to elementary school where they teach honesty.

I will continue to dig and uncover as many skeletons as i can until this issue is resolved.

This will make a great news story when i am done:)
