Hey, I'm still here. I didn't say that I had sold, I only pointed out my opinion of the reasons for the selloff by others.

The 3 penny miss had very little impact imo; after all, IDCC didn't provide guidance on earnings, only on revenue, and they didn't miss that.

What is costing us now is the lowered forward revenue guidance because of LG's obvious reluctance to renew their license. And the uncertainty created by the ITC litigation. I think many bought into the expectations of a quick slam dunk at the CAFC and the idea that LG would sign before the cc.

These events haven't transpired and those momentum players are taking profits.
