bulldzr, I have to disagree with your analysis (atleast partially)
1. What is now uncertain about the CAFC case that was not after or before the hearing? I think it is more certain in IDCC's favor than it was then....probably it is taking normal time at CAFC...but, it isn't necessarily bad. 2. The failure to immediately resign LG happened at the beginning of the year (when the earlier license expired) and IDCC went up even after that....IMHO, it is only the expectations of the short term traders that were not met...yet.
I think everybody needs to relax a bit (rather than simply throwing around theories) and let things play out. The current price movement seem to be like...just the impatient money leaving or someone playing the fear.
I know that you are a long term holder and have seen IDCC go through days that are worse than these...in fact, IDCC is in a lot more better shape now.
