bionuthing, while I appreciate any TA inputs that you or others want to provide, I don't agree with the rest of your analysis. It's easy to be a Monday morning quarterback, and claim that the TA predicted the drop from high 50's to where we are today. But I don't buy into that. Personally, I think there are a couple of things at work here - the perceived "miss" and the world events in Libya and Africa/Middle East. The technical indicators did show that we were putting in a temporary top, but no way did your technicals indicate we would see a drop of this magnitude. While it would have been great to have put all my faith in your TA and sold my positions in IDCC, so that I could buy back at these levels, I chose NOT to do so because nothing has changed in the fundamentals of the company during this drop. If we get a positive ruling tomorrow from the CAFC what would you say about the rebound to previous levels? Would your TA have predicted that? What about the poor guy who sells based on your TA and then misses the jump when the news hits? What do you say to him?

You can call me a die-hard long (I guess I would deserve that, considering how long I have held shares in this company). What should we call you?
