1. When a company has to resort to “creative” accounting to deal with a deferred “income”, don’t take the bait ($9M) and take a short walk to the hills.
2. When a company has to announce a “belated” deal (or hot air) on an earning-missed day after an extended pps climb, run and not walk to the nearest mountain.
After comparing the pps now and then (on earning cc day) I begin to have doubts in the “merrits” of this company.
