was just looking at that... per the filing the common has an auth limit of 1B.... may have reached that...


normally shy away from these S-8 happy folks.. but could be a nice one day pop here....


I see Larry Oakley got a bunch of shares recently.. isn't he the guy that runs some stock promotion website?? May run it to dump those shares...


IMO expect a R/S, or pre-14A to increase the Authorized soon.
