Your right after the R/S you will have less shares, and you know as well as i that the MM's will push and short this back down to penny's. i've seen it happen time after time. R/S is most always seen as a sign of desperation and mismanagement.. Investors will not want to touch this stock after R/S.. The BoD and CEO will in my opinion issue themselves shares as bonuses and dilution will start all over again. Genta is a good example of want happens after a R/S..There stock after split was worth around .50 now it sub penny again...

After the R/S proposal vote and if it is approved I will be looking for an exit point to minumise my loses....

I Will Vote No on This R/S Proposal ....and I Hope Other Investors Do The same...
