You only posted the scary (misleading) stuff....why not post the rest of the figures (excel is wonderful). Yep you lose share count, but as part of the equation, the pps increases to reflect the fact that you didn't lose any money...your dollar amount is the same...you now have fewer shares worth moo money, equaling your investment at time of conversion. Granted, most stinky pinkies that do this will see a steady decline in the post r/s pps, however, this ain't your run of the mill stinky pinky....we're fully reporting and have a CEO that is out to build a company, unlike 99.9 percent of all the others.
2,000,000 at .0041 = $8,200 however, after 500/1 R/S you now have 4,000 shares at $2.05 which = $8,200
