In addition Nokia already has money accrued for past infringement. So their would be very little initial impact to their earnings depending of course on the size of any settlement. Thus no need to get all the perceived bad news by IDCC stockholders out of the way.

Besides I think any announcements out of WMC next week will happen before anything with Nokia and possibly be more important

IDCC is not all about Nokia. A settlement will come when we least expect it.INO

Most of the recent articles on IDCC have barely mentioned Nokia if at all.
