We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. I wouldn't hold your breath on your scenario playing out. IDCC just isn't that important in the grand scheme of Nokia's problems right now. (regardless of what the bully bull cheerleaders here would like to think) Nokia can settle at any time.(albeit at higher rates) I just don't see them making it front and center enough to make it part of Friday's presentation. They've got bigger problems than IDCC at the moment imo.
