I concur that NOK will try to drag this out... but I disagree with some here who think that they can just drag this out without much repercussion, FRAND or no.

You can be sure the rate goes up from what it is today and yesterday if IDCC wins on Appeal. BM alluded to it before and he also alluded to the fact that even a tiny move is a significant considering the amount of monies involved with NOK. So NOK can be stubborn but there is a cost.

mo money mo money. Fine by me. IDCC will keep marching on and the litigation cloud of whether then can collect will go away in a short time like this cold weather we are having.


o we do have to win on appeal though!
