the fact that we haven't had a decision thus far is perhaps an indicator that the CAFC decision will go in IDCCs favor. It is also heartening to have heard that the attendees truly believe that the panel was favoring IDCCs position.

I would be very surprised if there is a settlement any time soon. I have been saying this for years now...Nokia needs to be cornered with absolutely nowhere to turn, no more time ticking on their evasion clock.

A favorable CAFC decision for IDCC will be good for IDCC, but it won't stop Nokia from continuing to drag this out.
