Do you really think that Nokia is waiting for Friday to announce a license agreement with us? I highly doubt it and all this blind baseless specualtion will probably end in disappointment. Overall, the street doesn't give a crap whether they settle with us, especially before the CAFC ruling. Nokia will announce their plan going forward which will include their mgt re-shuffling, new phone OS that they will employ, and other internal changes.

All of the above is "obviously" my opinion only. We will see on Friday.
