And clearly I have moved to the string along shareholders camp. I was reluctant to pursue an SEC inquiry because I believe it will be even more damaging to the stock price. But I have an appt. next week to speak with an attorney the snow delayed it. Hate to sound like a broken record I own more shares than last weeks total trading volume I could not trade out of this even if I wanted to. I am looking at a $76,000 loss extended (and yes I am a big boy I hit the buy button) by the comments made by Hawk when I averaged down prior to the New Year. I was told on four separate occasions that the 8K would be filed prior to the end of the year. I need to ask the question for my own sanity was there something criminal in that? Maybe not but I won't know until I ask.
