GM Rocky. Actually I indicated that Dwight hoped to have something of substance out by the end of January. I also posted his e-mail response to me as my source of information. Another poster suggested 2 Feb. There are two camps on this on-going exchange between the company and its shareholder base regarding when an 8K will be released. One camp says they are simply stringing shareholders along with false and misleading statements, and the other camp believes that the company is making its best effort to communicate at some level effectively while issues are resolved (this is what I believe). Anyway, you do have SEC avenues to pursue if you truly think that the company is not being upfront with shareholders. I appreciate your feedback as there are always at least two sides to a coin (more on wallstreet I think).
