Right on target MM as a long term investor in the company I can take the risk but not the fraudulant behavior and misrepresentations that Philm Phan man repeatedly put out to shareholders and eventually was convicted for by the SEC. Not only was Westfield a loss to the company but several other capable chinese executives who were also cheated.
