The chances are probably pretty good that he owned shares before he ever got involved with HRCT. He may have left HRCT because of things he saw while working for the company. I figure if he knew what we found out much later, and he still held his shares, he's a pretty good person. As for the class action lawsuit, I'm not sure what that's all about. I would suspect he wants to see the company start delivering and stop promising. Now that would be a change.

Mike's leaving was probably a sure sign for everyone to sell HRCT shares (I believe HRCT was still selling at about 7 or 8 dollars per share at that time). That meant Sinobull was destined to fail. However, we never did find out the exact reason why he left (or was let go, as was Jack Westfield). I'd imagine the two of them could probably write one hell of a documentary on making a living from working for an OTC BB company.
