DFW,

It would be disappointing if your respect for me had more to do with the timeline of my first post here than the content of my posts, particularly since you just recently posted how rare it is for you to disagree with what I say. Regarding whether "I get it"; over the years I have probably traded over a hundred different penny stocks and read over a thousand different penny stock PR's. I feel that I have a pretty good feel for when a PR is good and when a PR is not so good. (And I realize that penny stock PR's tend to be written with a lower level of professionalism than those of big board stocks.)

I acknowledge that you have a more intimate knowledge of this company than I do, so it is entirely possible that you can read between the lines of this PR and see things that I do not see. If this is the case, that's fine. However, the target audience for a PR is the average investor, not one with a near insider's view of the company.

In your reply to me, you quoted the following section of the PR:

Quote:
----------------------------------------------------------
The Company has been working diligently for the past year with accountants, tax specialists and legal in the time consuming process of straightening out their past financial records and updating their public filings
----------------------------------------------------------

and then you stated the following opinion:

I feel the PR is saying we have done our part and it is up to the SEC now...

I did not come to the same conclusion when I read the PR.

Later, in the PR it states:

The Company's initial step consists of filing an Information Statement containing unaudited financial statements with Pink OTC Markets, Inc. ("Pink Sheets") and becoming a Pink Sheets "Current Information" filer. (A complete explanation of the OTC Market Tier system can be found at www.otcmarkets.com). Although no assurances or guarantees can be provided until the Information Statement is complete and approved by the compliance department at Pink Sheets...

My interpretation of the phrase I underlined in the passage above is that SVMI has not yet completed their part.

I feel a much better PR would be one that states: "We have completed the Information Statement and are now awaiting approval by the compliance department"...

If my interpretation is incorrect and they have actually completed this Information Statement, then I am not thrilled with this PR due to the ambiguous wording that led to my wrong interpretation. If I am correct in my interpretation, than I am not thrilled with this PR due to its timing.
