In your post you said

Then, in my opinion, why not wait 30 days and then issue a PR that states "we have completed xxx" rather than issuing one today that states "we are diligently working on xxx"?

Here is what the PR said

The Company has been working diligently for the past year with accountants, tax specialists and legal in the time consuming process of straightening out their past financial records and updating their public filings

I tried to explain it in this post

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58770366

I feel the PR is saying we have done our part and it is up to the SEC now...I had a long talk today with an old buddy who was my Securities Lawyer when I was an Investment Banker. He said if the SEC got the completed filings they could be cleared in 2 weeks..however if they asked for something to be redone it could be 3 weeks....30 days is Valentine Day and I am betting by then.

That is stage one and the stop sign comes off.....then an outside auditor has to go over everything and verify to SEC and we are back on the otcbb.

when you said this you needed to stop right there

With that said, I also understand that shareholders are always anxious for "progress reports", and I believe that Serge's intentions were good;

In 5 years I have spent some 3,000 hours conservative estimate dealing with this company in many ways.

Serge could have took his football and walked off after the lawsuit and he had every legal right to and we spent much time talking about it but he felt he owed the stockholders which he did not. He was just an inventor that got ripped by a shady businessman.

I have plenty more to say but I will stop right here.
