No, I am talking about Judge Luckern's Markman ruling after the staff made their recommendations. I wasn't following IDCC as closely back then, but we should have known from the Markamn ruling that things wouldn't go well with the decision at the ITC.

I think Bill Merritt even alluded to that fact in a Conference Call after the ITC's Markman came out. I remember listening to that call and thinking that Bill was preparing investors for a loss at the ITC. Maybe later this week I can go back and find Bill's comments in the CC transcript.
