I have learned of late that it is not necessary to actually BE a company in order for the share price to rise and fall. I used to understand companies were pumped, and I realize there was a time when Jon Lebed was just pulling names out of a hat, but the penny stocks have gotten so out of control, that it amazes even me....and I'm not easily amazed.
How in the world can the SEC not shut down companies that don't exist?

Ahhh! BINGO! What fun! But, I digress.
