GFGU is a penny clunker headed by Carl Freer. It originally came to our attention when the SPNG criminals entered into an agreement with them to buy 4,000,000 shares. GFGU was ostensibly to produce a phone app that would allow the user to take a picture of an add, billboard, etc and the app would tell them where to go to purchase the merchandise.

Exactly where GFGU is located is now a mystery. They were in California, but took off when several employees who never got paid started complaining to the Ca. labor board and some other suits were filed against them. First we heard they had moved to NY, then Colorado.
