It was my understanding that IDCC has set a price for its IPR on this project that is passed through to the participants. It covers the hardware and terminal royalties that are estimated to be involved in the project. I hope you are right and I am wrong, but right now I am just counting on the 18.5 mil plus a potential 4 mil more if the load is expanded.
