First of all, online gambling is still illegal. If it gets legalized, I'm betting (pun intended) on the many companies out there with software available for every conceivable platform, not an underfunded penny stock.
PNTV has no patents (from their 10K)- "We have no proprietary technology, and accordingly, have no patents."
