The stock was purchased open market. Not sure what confirmation you re looking for other then the SEC filing? Plain and simple, a major Player, has come onto PNTV. A person who does diligence, and invested. Imho, Mr. Tice is not involved unless he thinks PNTV will become a big company. Simple not worth his attention. The filing shows a long term commitment. This is very good news. As traderdoogzz stated, love the transparency of an sec public filing!!!!!
