LOL. I don't even know what that is he's looking at. Let's look at the company's official filings when we make these type of comments. This is current as of August 16, 2010. Hit ctrl + f and search for "authorized" and you'll see there are only 100M commons authorized. Authorized are always included on the balance sheet as the share structure is needed to calculate shareholder's equity.
